TERMS & CONDITIONS

Agency Name: Book the Ticket Travel LLC

1. AGREEMENT
By engaging Book the Ticket Travel LLC (“Agency,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to arrange travel services, you (“Client,” “Traveler,” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms apply to all travel services arranged by the Agency, including but not limited to:

Air transportation
-
Cruises
-
Tours and excursions
-
Hotel accommodations
-
Vacation packages
-
Rail services
-
Car rentals
-
Travel insurance
-
Group travel arrangements
-
Custom itineraries
Payment of a deposit or full payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms for all travelers in the booking.

2. AGENCY ROLE
Book the Ticket Travel LLC acts solely as an intermediary between you and third-party travel suppliers (“Suppliers”), including but not limited to airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, transportation providers, and insurance companies.
We do not own, operate, manage, or control these Suppliers and are not responsible for:

Acts or omissions of Suppliers
-
Supplier insolvency or bankruptcy
-
Service interruptions
-
Schedule changes
-
Accidents, injury, or loss caused by Suppliers
All travel services are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable Supplier.

3. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are subject to change until confirmed and deposited.

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Final payment is due by the Supplier’s published deadline.

Failure to pay on time may result in automatic cancellation with penalties.

Planning fees and professional service fees charged by Book the Ticket Travel LLC are non-refundable.
-
The Agency reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Credit card payments may be subject to processing fees where permitted by law.

4. CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
Supplier Policies
Each Supplier maintains its own cancellation and change policies. Penalties may range from partial loss to 100% of the booking value.
You are responsible for reviewing and understanding all applicable Supplier policies prior to confirming your booking.
Agency Cancellation & Change Fees
In addition to Supplier penalties, Book the Ticket Travel LLC reserves the right to charge administrative cancellation or modification fees to compensate for planning time, research, and services rendered.
Agency fees are separate from Supplier penalties and are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Refund timelines are controlled by the Supplier. The Agency does not guarantee refund approval or timing.

5. TRAVEL INSURANCE (STRONGLY RECOMMENDED)
Book the Ticket Travel LLC strongly recommends the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for:

Trip cancellation
-
Trip interruption
-
Medical expenses
-
Emergency evacuation
-
Supplier default
-
Travel delays
If you decline travel insurance:
-
You acknowledge that you understand the financial risks associated with travel.

You accept full responsibility for all Supplier cancellation penalties.

You accept full responsibility for medical expenses, delays, interruptions, weather-related disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances.
-
You understand that the Agency cannot waive Supplier penalties.
By declining travel insurance, you assume full financial responsibility for all cancellation fees and non-refundable costs.

6. FORCE MAJEURE
The Agency shall not be liable for events beyond its control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters
-
Severe weather
-
Government travel restrictions
-
Pandemic or epidemic events
-
Airline schedule changes
-
Civil unrest
-
Strikes
-
Acts of terrorism
-
Supplier bankruptcy
Refunds in such circumstances are governed solely by Supplier policies.

7. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Travelers are solely responsible for:

Valid passports (typically valid 6 months beyond return date)
-
Visas
-
Vaccination requirements
-
Entry regulations
The Agency is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to improper documentation.

8. AIR TRAVEL DISCLAIMER
Airlines may:
-
Change flight schedules
-
Modify routing
-
Change aircraft
-
Cancel flights
Airfare is generally non-refundable once ticketed unless otherwise stated by the airline.
The Agency is not responsible for missed connections, delays, or airline schedule changes.

9. HEALTH & SAFETY
Travel involves inherent risks. By traveling, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with:

Injury
-
Illness
-
Accidents
-
Criminal acts
-
Foodborne illness
-
Excursion-related incidents
The Agency is not liable for medical costs or travel disruptions arising from such risks.

10. CHARGEBACK POLICY
Clients agree not to initiate credit card chargebacks for services properly rendered and subject to agreed cancellation terms.
In the event of an improper chargeback, the Agency reserves the right to recover:

Chargeback fees
-
Collection costs
-
Attorney fees (where permitted by law)

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the liability of Book the Ticket Travel LLC is limited to the amount paid directly to the Agency for professional service fees.
The Agency is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
​
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in the State of Michigan.
​
13. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
GROUP TRAVEL ADDENDUM
(Book the Ticket Travel LLC)
This Addendum applies to any booking involving multiple travelers under a shared itinerary, contract, or group rate.

1. GROUP LEADER RESPONSIBILITY
If a Group Leader is designated:

The Group Leader acts as the primary contact.
-
The Group Leader is responsible for communicating all terms, deadlines, and policies to all group participants.
-
The Agency may rely on instructions from the Group Leader.
The Agency is not responsible for miscommunication between the Group Leader and participants.

2. DEPOSITS & PAYMENT SCHEDULES
Group travel typically requires:
-
Non-refundable group deposits
-
Strict payment schedules
-
Minimum participant requirements
Failure of any participant to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation of that participant’s reservation and may impact group pricing.

3. MINIMUM PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
Many group contracts require a minimum number of travelers.
If minimum participation is not met:

Group rates may be adjusted
-
Additional costs may be assessed
-
Amenities may be removed
The Agency is not responsible for changes due to unmet group minimums.

4. INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATIONS WITHIN A GROUP
If a traveler cancels within a group booking:

Supplier cancellation penalties apply.
-
Agency cancellation fees may apply.
-
The cancellation may affect group pricing for remaining participants.
-
Remaining travelers may be responsible for increased per-person costs.

5. ROOMING CHANGES
Room assignments are subject to Supplier policies. If a roommate cancels:

The remaining traveler may be responsible for single occupancy pricing.
-
Rate adjustments may apply.
​
6. NAME CHANGES & SUBSTITUTIONS
Name changes or substitutions are subject to Supplier approval and may incur fees.
Some group contracts prohibit substitutions.

7. TRAVEL INSURANCE FOR GROUPS
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for each participant.
If declined, each traveler assumes full financial responsibility for cancellation penalties and group pricing adjustments.

8. GROUP LEADER COMPENSATION OR HOST BENEFITS
If complimentary travel, credits, or host benefits are earned based on group participation:

Those benefits are contingent upon the group meeting contractual requirements.

If participants cancel and minimums are not met, host benefits may be reduced or revoked.
The Agency is not responsible for lost host benefits due to participant cancellations.

9. LIABILITY
Each group participant is individually responsible for their own conduct and travel compliance.
The Agency is not liable for disputes between group participants.
