Immigration, Baggage, Customs and Airport Exit​​

 

Upon Arrival in Cancun:

Proceed through the immigrations queue.  The Cancun airport utilizes digital entry machines as well as traditional border agent manned entry booths.  When arriving in the immigrations hall you will see the queue for the digital machines on the left hand side.  These typically provide faster entry

Baggage:

After clearing the immigration check baggage will be available on the designated belt.  Please note if numerous flights are arriving at the same time baggage can take a long time to arrive.  If you do not see your baggage on a belt please ask at the service desk in the baggage area

Customs and Airport Exit:

Once you have collected your baggage proceed through customs and the exit hall.  DO NOT STOP at any of the vendors in the exit hall.  Proceed past all of these stands and exit outside to look for the Amstar representative for ground transportation.

Bar Area Outside Airport:

As you exit the airport you will see a large crowd with signs as well as a Margaritaville Bar.  Feel free to stop for a beverage to go if you'd like to start your celebrating early!
